My story as The Jewish Dietitian began approximately 4000 years ago, when Judaism was born and God "caused bread to rain down from the heavens" [Exodus]. I'm not sure where in that timeline my ancestors became gluten intolerant, but somewhere along the way they did and here we are today, the creation of The Jewish Dietitian.
My food philosophy is simple, Eat All The Foods. That's right chaverim (Hebrew translation: friends), I believe in feeding your soul, which means eating anything and everything that brings you happiness and agrees with your individual health. I am here to fully support your foodie fantasies and nutrition goals.
