Jumpstart Into Elimination
Elimination diets are useful tools in helping diagnose food sensitivities that may be wreaking havoc on your body. If you are looking for support while eliminating specific food groups, let's start with a 30 day elimination of your trigger foods (grains, dairy, soy, eggs, sugar, FODMAPS, etc). During the 30 days, we will keep track of how your feeling and discuss next steps with regards to adding foods back into your diet.
The Autoimmune Protocol (AIP)
The Autoimmune Protocol is a version of the Paleo diet that further restricts certain foods in order to increase nutrient density, reduce inflammation, improve gut health, and regulate the immune system. The Autoimmune Protocol is an elimination diet that removes grains, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, seeds, and nightshades for a minimum of six weeks. During the six weeks, we will keep track of how your feeling on the protocol and only when you are ready will we begin a systematic approach to reintroduce foods back into your diet.
Jump Back Into Reintroduction
Reintroducing foods back into your diet after eliminating them for some time can be daunting. This program is for you if you have already been eliminating foods and are looking for support throughout the reintroduction process. We will work together to personalize a systematic approach to reintroduce foods back into your diet and help you identify which foods are more troublesome and may need to be avoided further. Throughout the reintroduction process we will keep track of how your feeling and proceed at a pace you feel comfortable with.
Initial Consultation ($100)
A 60 minutes virtual session to discuss your needs and build a plan to accomplish your goals.
Follow Up Sessions ($60)
A 30 minute follow up to review your progress, address any questions and concerns, and adapt your goals as we move forward. You can sign up for as many follow-up sessions as you need.
