Coconut Butter Berry Hearts (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Makes: ~15 hearts

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Instructions:
    1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat the coconut butter until completely melted.
    2. Add coconut butter, berries, and vanilla to a small processor or blender and pulse until combined.
    3. Divide the mixture into heart shaped silicone molds and refrigerate until completely set and they can be popped out easily. Store in the refrigerator.
