Whole Grain Italian Herb Crackers (AIP, Paleo, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup tigernut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp AIP italian seasoning, we use this brand AIP Paleo Powder
  • 3-4 tbsp water
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until evenly combined. (Start with 3 tbsp of water, and if too try add a 4rth.)
    3. On a parchment lined baking sheet, use your hands to press down the dough into a square shape about 1/8th of an inch thick. Cut the dough into desired rectangle or square crackers.
    4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges begin to brown. Carefully separte crackers from eachother and continue to allow them to cool before eating.
