Italian Saltine Crackers (AIP, Paleo, Whole30)

  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp AIP italian seasoning, we use this brand AIP Paleo Powder
  • 1 tsp salt *Note- if the Italian seasoning your using already contains salt, moderate the amount of salt you add in addition to the seasoning
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until evenly combined. If too dry, add additional water 1 tbsp at a time.
    3. On a parchment lined baking sheet, use your hands to press down the dough into a square shape about 1/8th of an inch thick. Cut the dough into desried square shape.
    4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges begin to brown. Carefully separte crackers from eachother and continue to allow them to cool before eating.
