Classic Italian Breadsticks (AIP, Paleo, Whole30)
Italian Saltine Crackers (AIP, Paleo, Whole30)
- 1 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp AIP italian seasoning, we use this brand AIP Paleo Powder
- 1 tsp salt *Note- if the Italian seasoning your using already contains salt, moderate the amount of salt you add in addition to the seasoning
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until evenly combined. If too dry, add additional water 1 tbsp at a time.
- Begin taking pieces of the dough and rolling it out into desired sized breadsticks. Use water to heal any cracks in the dough.
- Lay the breadsticks on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges breadsticks turn golden brown.
