Prep time:

Cook time:

  • 2 lbs wings/drumette
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup AIP BBQ Sauce, we use this Primal Cherry AIP BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp tapioca starch
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Add wings/drumettes to a large mixing bowl.
    3. Toss wings with olive oil, garlic, and salt until they are evenly coated.
    4. Spread out the wings on a non-stick sheet pan so that they are not touching eachother. Bake for 40 min.
    5. Meanwhile, on the stove-top, bring the BBQ sauce, honey, and tapioca starch to a simmer. Allow the sauce to thicken, about 3-5 minutes, and then set aside.
    6. After 40 min, take out the wings and toss them in the BBQ sauce. Bake for another 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
