Balsamic Mustard Pork Chops (AIP, Paleo, Keto)
Makes: 4 servings
- 2 8oz pork chops
- 1/4 cup AIP Mustard, we use this AIP-Friendly Imitation Mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- Make the marinade by placing the mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and rosemary in a large ziplock bag. Place in the pork chops and marinade overnight.
- Heat your grill on high for at least 5 minutes.
- Grill the pork chops for 5 minutes each side, or until fully cooked through.
