Simple Pesto Salmon (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
Makes: 2 fillets
- 2 8-oz salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup AIP Pesto Sauce
- Salt, to season
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Season the salmon fillets liberally with salt.
- Spread 1/4 cup of pesto sauce to the top of each fillet, covering entirely.
- Wrap your fillets in tin foil and place on a baking sheet or dish. Bake for 15 minutes, or until fillets begin to flake.
- Serve immediately.
