Simple Pesto Salmon (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 2 8-oz salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup AIP Pesto Sauce
  • Salt, to season
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Season the salmon fillets liberally with salt.
    3. Spread 1/4 cup of pesto sauce to the top of each fillet, covering entirely.
    4. Wrap your fillets in tin foil and place on a baking sheet or dish. Bake for 15 minutes, or until fillets begin to flake.
    5. Serve immediately.
