Pesto Zoodles (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 4 large zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup AIP Pesto Sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and cook 3-5 mintes, until tender.
- Remove zoodles from heat and fold in the pesto sauce. Season with salt to taste.
