Pesto Zoodles (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 4 large zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup AIP Pesto Sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and cook 3-5 mintes, until tender.
    2. Remove zoodles from heat and fold in the pesto sauce. Season with salt to taste.
