Fancy Guacamole (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 6 green olives, chopped
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Mash your avocado to desired consistency.
- Mix in the celery, olives, balsamic, garlic, and cilantro. Taste, and then season with additional salt if needed.
