Simple Roasted Celery (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 8 celery stalks, rinsed, dried, and halved.
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss the celery with olive oil and salt. Spread out the celery stalks on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until celery are softened.
