Simple Roasted Celery (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)

Ingredients:
  • 8 celery stalks, rinsed, dried, and halved.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Toss the celery with olive oil and salt. Spread out the celery stalks on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until celery are softened.
