Roasted Balsamic Blueberries (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
    2. Toss the blueberries in the olive oil, balsamic, and salt.
    3. Spread the berries over a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 min. Serve warm or chilled.
