Roasted Balsamic Blueberries (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
Makes: 2 cups
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Toss the blueberries in the olive oil, balsamic, and salt.
- Spread the berries over a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 min. Serve warm or chilled.
