Prosciutto Pizza Cups (AIP, Paleo)


Prosciutto Pizza Cups Tart (AIP, Paleo, Whole30)

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 pieces AIP compliant prosciutto
  • 1 cup Nomato Sauce
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Saute the red onion over medium heat with olive oil and salt until onions appear translucent.
    3. Grease your mini muffin tin. Arrange 1/2 piece of prosciutto in each muffin cup ensuring that the bottom and sides are covered.
    4. Fill each prosciutto muffin cup with 1/2 tbsp of nomato and top with sauteed onion.
    5. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Run a knife around the proscuitto cups. Allow cups to cool before serving.
