Prosciutto Pizza Cups (AIP, Paleo)
Prosciutto Pizza Cups Tart (AIP, Paleo, Whole30)
Makes: 20 Tarts
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- 4 pieces AIP compliant prosciutto
- 1 cup Nomato Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Saute the red onion over medium heat with olive oil and salt until onions appear translucent.
- Grease your mini muffin tin. Arrange 1/2 piece of prosciutto in each muffin cup ensuring that the bottom and sides are covered.
- Fill each prosciutto muffin cup with 1/2 tbsp of nomato and top with sauteed onion.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Run a knife around the proscuitto cups. Allow cups to cool before serving.
