Prosciutto and Thyme Turkey Bacon Roll-Ups (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Makes: 6 Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 6 slices AIP compliant turkey bacon
  • 3 pieces AIP compliant prosciutto
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Spread out the turkey bacon on a grased baking sheet.
    3. Season the turkey bacon on both sides with thyme.
    4. Place a half slice of prpsciutto on top of each turkey bacon slice and roll up tightly.
    5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even doneness.
