Prosciutto and Thyme Turkey Bacon Roll-Ups (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
Makes: 6 Roll-Ups
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 6 slices AIP compliant turkey bacon
- 3 pieces AIP compliant prosciutto
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spread out the turkey bacon on a grased baking sheet.
- Season the turkey bacon on both sides with thyme.
- Place a half slice of prpsciutto on top of each turkey bacon slice and roll up tightly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even doneness.
