AIP Herb Roasted Chicken Wings (Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 2 lbs wings/drumette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cocont aminos
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Add wings/drumettes to a large mixing bowl.
- Toss wings with oil, coconut aminos, thyme and salt until they are evenly coated.
- Spread out the wings on a non-stick sheet pan so that they are not touching eachother.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and browned. There is no need to flip these half way through!
