Maple and Thyme Chicken Wings (AIP, Paleo)

  • 2 lbs wings/drumette
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Add wings/drumettes to a large mixing bowl.
    3. Toss wings with oil, maple syrup, thyme and salt until they are evenly coated.
    4. Spread out the wings on a non-stick sheet pan so that they are not touching eachother.
    5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and browned. There is no need to flip these half way through!
