Maple Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Carrots (AIP, Paleo)
Makes: 4 servings
- 1 lb large carrots, peeled
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Wrap the carrots in bacon. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over them. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is completely cooked. Make sure to flip your carrots halfway through for even doneness.
