Ground Pork and Veggie Stir-Fry (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • Salt, to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. In a skillet or frying pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the carrots and broccoli and saute until browned and slightly softened, about 8 mins.
    2. Add the ground pork and saute until cooked ALMOST completely. Add the coconut aminos and finish cooking completely. Salt to taste and serve.
