Garlic Stove Top Broccoli (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt, to taste
- In a skillet or frying pan, toast the garlic in the olive oil on medium heat until browned, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets and toss with the garlic. Salt the broccoli to taste. Saute until broccoli becomes tender. Serve warm.
