Garlic Stove Top Broccoli (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt, to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. In a skillet or frying pan, toast the garlic in the olive oil on medium heat until browned, about 1-2 minutes.
    2. Add the broccoli florets and toss with the garlic. Salt the broccoli to taste. Saute until broccoli becomes tender. Serve warm.
