Garlic Parm Broccoli (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Salt, to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil, garlic, nutritional yeast, and salt.
    3. Spread florets onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and browned.
