Broccoli with Cheese Sauce (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup bone broth
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- In a skillet or frying pan, saute the broccoli over medium heat until tender and slightly browned. Set the broccoli aside.
- Add the broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and nutritional yeast to the pan over medium heat. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add back the broccoli, toss and serve warm.
