Ingredients:
  • 1 lb green beans, ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. In a medium pot, boil the green beans for 7-10 minutes, to your preferred level of doneness.
    2. Heat up the ghee in a frying pan over medium heat.
    3. Toast the garlic for about 1 minute, until golden brown.
