Buttery Ghee Green Beans With Toasted Garlic (AIP, Paleo, Keto)

- 1 lb green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt to taste
- In a medium pot, boil the green beans for 7-10 minutes, to your preferred level of doneness.
- Heat up the ghee in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Toast the garlic for about 1 minute, until golden brown.
- Add the green beans, season with salt, and toss to coat. Serve warm.
