Pickled Red Onions (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)
Makes: about 2 cups
- 1 large red onion
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1 large mason jar
- Peel and slice the red onion. Add the onion to the mason jar.
- Pour in the rest of ingredients (vinegar, balsamic, water, salt, and dill).
- Close the lid and allow brine to pickle onions for 72 hours before trying.
