Rosemary Roasted Radishes (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)
Makes: 2 servings
- 2 cups radishes, trimmed, halved
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss radishes in oil, rosemary, and salt.
- Spread out radishes on a parchment lined backing sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, until caramelized and crispy.
