Rosemary Roasted Radishes (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups radishes, trimmed, halved
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Toss radishes in oil, rosemary, and salt.
    3. Spread out radishes on a parchment lined backing sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, until caramelized and crispy.
