Butternut Squash and Apple Breakfast Hash (AIP, Paleo, Whole 30)

  • 1 whole butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 apple, cored and cubed
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • Salt to season
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Toss butternut squash and apples in oil and salt.
    3. Spread out squash and apple on a parchment lined backing sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, until caramelized and crispy.
