Butternut Squash and Apple Breakfast Hash (AIP, Paleo, Whole 30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 1 whole butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 apple, cored and cubed
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- Salt to season
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Toss butternut squash and apples in oil and salt.
- Spread out squash and apple on a parchment lined backing sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, until caramelized and crispy.
