Salt and Vinegar Cauliflower Popcorn (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp garlic ghee, melted or olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt to season
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Break down the cauliflower into florets.
- Toss the cauliflower in ghee or oil, apple cider vinegar, and season generously with salt.
- Roast caulliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet for 30 minutes, until browned and crispy.
