Salt and Vinegar Cauliflower Popcorn (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp garlic ghee, melted or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to season
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
    2. Break down the cauliflower into florets.
    3. Toss the cauliflower in ghee or oil, apple cider vinegar, and season generously with salt.
    4. Roast caulliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet for 30 minutes, until browned and crispy.
