Roasted Balsamic Asparagus (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Toss asparagus in oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
    3. Spread out asparagus on a parchment lined backing sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
