Roasted Balsamic Asparagus (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Toss asparagus in oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
- Spread out asparagus on a parchment lined backing sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
