Mango Guacamole (AIP, Paleo, Whole 30)
Makes: 2 servings
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/4 mango, diced
- Salt to taste
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out avocado with a spoon into a bowl.
- Add the red onions, mango, and salt and stir until combined.
