Mango Guacamole (AIP, Paleo, Whole 30)

Prep time:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 mango, diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out avocado with a spoon into a bowl.
    2. Add the red onions, mango, and salt and stir until combined.
