Prep time:

  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1 large mason jar
  • Instructions:
    1. Slice the cucumber into 1/8th of an inch thick slices. Add the cucumber to the jar.
    2. Pour in the rest of ingredients (vinegar, water, salt, and dill)
    3. Close the lid and allow brine to pickle cucumbers for 24-48 hours before trying.
