Dill Pickles (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1 large mason jar
- Slice the cucumber into 1/8th of an inch thick slices. Add the cucumber to the jar.
- Pour in the rest of ingredients (vinegar, water, salt, and dill)
- Close the lid and allow brine to pickle cucumbers for 24-48 hours before trying.
