Skinny Carrot Fries (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)
Makes: 2 servings
- 2 cups julienne cut carrots (you can buy them precut)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix together carrots, oil, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder until evenly combined.
- Spread out carrots on a parchment lined baking sheet as evenly as possible so that they are not piled on top of eachother.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow them to cool and crisp up before serving.
