Skinny Carrot Fries (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups julienne cut carrots (you can buy them precut)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Mix together carrots, oil, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder until evenly combined.
    3. Spread out carrots on a parchment lined baking sheet as evenly as possible so that they are not piled on top of eachother.
    4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow them to cool and crisp up before serving.
