Roasted Cabbage (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)
Makes: 6 servings
- 1 head red cabbage
- 4-6 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Cut cabbage head in half. Slice into 1/2 inch half moons.
- Place cabbage slices down on a greased baking sheet. Brush the top of each cabbage slice with olive oil and season with salt.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until edges begin to brown and crisp.
