Roasted Cabbage (AIP, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30)

  • 1 head red cabbage
  • 4-6 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 425F.
    2. Cut cabbage head in half. Slice into 1/2 inch half moons.
    3. Place cabbage slices down on a greased baking sheet. Brush the top of each cabbage slice with olive oil and season with salt.
    4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until edges begin to brown and crisp.
