Roasted Apples and Celery (AIP, Paleo, Whole30)

Ingredients:
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 gala apple
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Rinse the celery, trim the edges, and cut the stalks into half.
    3. Chop the apple into even sized pieces.
    4. Toss the celery and apples with avocado oil and salt.
    5. Spread out evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
