Roasted Apples and Celery (AIP, Paleo, Whole30)
Makes: 4 servings
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 gala apple
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Rinse the celery, trim the edges, and cut the stalks into half.
- Chop the apple into even sized pieces.
- Toss the celery and apples with avocado oil and salt.
- Spread out evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
