Ingredients:
  • 1 lb brussels
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Trim the bottoms off the brussels and cut lengthwise.
    3. Toss brussels with oil, maple syrup, and salt.
    4. Spread out brussels on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes, until caramelized.
