Maple Roasted Brussels (AIP, Paleo, Keto)
Makes: 4 servings
- 1 lb brussels
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Trim the bottoms off the brussels and cut lengthwise.
- Toss brussels with oil, maple syrup, and salt.
- Spread out brussels on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes, until caramelized.
