Roasted Cinnamon Cauliflower (AIP, Paleo, Keto)

Makes: 1 Head Cauliflower

Cook time:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Vanilla ghee (or regular ghee) to coat
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Break down your cauliflower head into bite sized florets.
    2. Coat the cauliflower with ghee.
    3. Sprinkle with a healthy dosing of cinnamon. (I like a lot of cinnamon, but use at your own discretion).
    4. Sprinkle in a bit of salt to bring out the sweetness of the cinnamon.
    5. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until cauliflower or evenly browned.
