Roasted Cinnamon Cauliflower (AIP, Paleo, Keto)
Makes: 1 Head Cauliflower
- 1 head cauliflower
- Vanilla ghee (or regular ghee) to coat
- Cinnamon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Break down your cauliflower head into bite sized florets.
- Coat the cauliflower with ghee.
- Sprinkle with a healthy dosing of cinnamon. (I like a lot of cinnamon, but use at your own discretion).
- Sprinkle in a bit of salt to bring out the sweetness of the cinnamon.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until cauliflower or evenly browned.
