Makes: 1 cup
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Splash of lemon juice
- In a saucepan or small pot, combine the blueberries, maple syrup, and lemon.
- Simmer on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until berries break down.
- Constantly stir until jam thickens to desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and cool.
